We’re delighted to release the St. Francis Pet Care Annual reports. This year along with our usual 2020 Annual Report, we also produced a 2020 PowerPoint downloadable version. In addition to a recap of the year’s notable events, we have highlighted the impact of COVID on our clinic operations and explained the transition from totally free services to a pay-for-service model. We aim to be as transparent as possible about our organization and operations.
